The annual community DBT skills workshops are now available! These workshops provide a valuable opportunity to learn practical skills that can be practiced independently and integrated into daily life.

Over four weeks, you’ll learn essential skills: emotion regulation, managing emotional crises, improving relationships, and staying present with mindful awareness.

A brief screening appointment is required to attend. This can be done through Zoom. Please contact us to schedule yours.

This workshop is for individuals facing emotional overwhelm from dating, work, and personal challenges. If you struggle to protect your energy or set boundaries, you’ll learn how to manage emotional drains and stay grounded.

If you find it hard to make decisions or stay true to yourself, this session will help you recognize and process your emotions, giving you clarity and confidence in tough situations.

Dating, past trauma, and work stress can leave you feeling unbalanced. You’ll gain tools to cope with distress, regulate your emotions, and stay present through challenges.
